Walk 4 PTSD Kelso starts at the car park on the A698 just north of Jedburgh near Bonjedward and follows the path towards the River Teviot. The route then follows the path alongside the River Teviot through the beautiful landscape of the Scottish borders to finish on Roxburgh Street, Kelso.
The route is 10 miles long on riverside paths and is flat most of the way.
The aim is to get as many people to take part as possible and for each person to raise funds for VIA with a target of £50. Take part on this National Initiative to help those who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Those reaching the fundraising target of £50 will receive a free event T Shirt.
Together we can help create change by giving up one day to Walk 4 PTSD.
